Even in an emergency they helped schedule us an immediate visit and allowed us to come in a separate way to minimize the risk of exposure for all pets. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Vet was knowledgeable and technicians were competent - similar to other quality vets I've been to in the San Antonio area. I have two young shelter dogs and they are not easy and the visits themselves went fine. Also similar to ither offices is that the waiting area is not well managed. Numerous dogs at check in area even in AM with no system in place and I was unable to engage staff from a distance. There are multiple people at the front desk, but not particularly accommodating or perhaps not trained to know how to help.
